Do I have to have a membership to train at your studio?
No.
It’s my first time training, how should I prepare?
Welcome! We are excited to have you. We encourage first time clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to a training session in order to have plenty of time to get to know the studio and change into workout gear.
What happens if I need to cancel a reservation?
You must cancel your session within 24 hours prior to the session in order to receive your session credit back into your account. You can cancel your session by contacting your trainer directly. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, you will forfeit your session.
Do I need to bring water to the Session?
Yes.
What happens if I show up late?
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your training session. We have a very strict late policy and will not go past the hour if you arrive late.
Where is the gym located?
Location is in the Union Square area of NYC. It is conveniently located to several subway stops.
Can I stop by at anytime to speak to a trainer?
If you wish to meet with a Stronger Fitness trainer, you must contact us first to schedule an appointment. It is not fair to our current clients to be interrupted during one of their training sessions. Our trainer will also not be able to provide you with the attention and or information, you may be seeking at that specific time.
Will you train me somewhere else?
Yes, we can train you in another location; however, fees will be different depending on the trainer's commute, as well as additional fees required by many other gym locations.
Last, but not least.
Although, we do not own the fitness studio, there is a great sense of community and respect for one another. There is a small bathroom and shower facility with the necessary amenities and although, peak hours can get busy, we ask that you enjoy your session(s). Always remember, that training is both a mental and physical challenge. It's not where you work out, but how you work out. Happy Training!
